Job summary

The role requires 3-5 years in property management, strong communication, budgetary oversight, and leadership. Travel up to 20% and a state leasing license where required. Monday-Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of property management experience.
• Advanced MS Office Word/Excel and computer skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Prior leadership experience required.
• Ability to travel via car or plane ~20% of the time.
• State leasing license or ability to obtain as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Regularly inspects the property to ensure company standards are met and safety regulations followed.
• Gathers, analyzes market trends and implements marketing and leasing strategies to hit occupancy and revenue goals.
• Develops resident retention strategies and responds to service issues promptly.
• Manages repairs/maintenance requests and oversees preventative maintenance programs.
• Partners with Regional Manager to prepare operating budgets and monitor expenses.
• Reviews income/expense reports and manages accounts receivable in line with policy.
