Qualifications

• 3-5 years of property management experience.
• Ability to travel via car or plane on average of 20% of the time.
• Advanced MS Office Word/Excel and computer technology skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Prior leadership experience required.
• Where required by law, must have state leasing license or ability to obtain the required license(s) within the timeframe required by law.

Responsibilities

• Regularly inspect the property and ensure compliance with safety and regulations.
• Develop and implement marketing and leasing strategies to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Monitor budget guidelines, financial reports, and vendor statements.
• Manage resident relations, respond to service requests, and maintain high resident satisfaction.
• Coordinate repairs and preventive maintenance; supervise staff and train team members.
• Prepare weekly/monthly operational reports and assist in budgeting and cash flow planning.
