Responsibilities

• Inspect property to ensure standards and safety compliance.
• Analyze market trends and implement marketing/ leasing strategies.
• Develop resident retention and address service issues.
• Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and vacant unit status.
• Assist in operating income/expense budgets and vendor management.
• Prepare periodic operational financial reports.
• Hire, train and supervise property staff.
• Other duties as assigned.
