BH Management, LLC is seeking a Community Manager II to oversee day-to-day property operations, including finance, marketing, and maintenance. You will implement leasing strategies to hit occupancy and revenue goals while ensuring superior customer service and regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years of property management experience, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills, with proficiency in MS Office and the ability to travelapproximately 20% of the time.

• State leasing license required where applicable.

Mansioni

• Oversee daily property operations including financial, administrative, sales, marketing and maintenance.
• Develop leasing strategies and monitor occupancy and revenue goals.
• Prepare operating reports and budgets; manage payables and vendor statements.
• Hire, train and supervise staff; conduct performance evaluations and corrective action.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and high levels of resident satisfaction.
