Job summary

Greystar is seeking a seasoned Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of an apartment community in Cypress, TX. You will lead the onsite team, manage budgets, leasing, maintenance, and vendor relations to achieve occupancy and revenue goals while ensuring compliance with housing laws.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree (preferred) and 4–6 years of property management experience, strong communication, and leadership abilities. Comprehensive benefits are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business management, real estate, or related field.
• 4–6 years minimum in property management and leasing.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage property budgets and financial statements.
• Set rent rates, collect payments, and review monthly financials.
• Approve vendor invoices and ensure insurance certificates.
• Control expenditures within the approved budget.
• Oversee leasing processes and enforce lease terms.
• Analyze market trends and implement marketing strategies.
• Ensure resident satisfaction and address service requests.
• Conduct regular property inspections and maintain standards.
• Supervise staff, hire, orient, train, and evaluate performance.
• Manage owner relationships and provide updates.
• Complete required reports and other duties.
