Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of an apartment community. You will lead on-site staff, manage budgeting, leasing, and resident services to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4–6 years minimum of property management, sales, marketing, and customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the property.
• Lead the on-site team and resources to meet budgeted financial and operational goals.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
• Oversee leasing, rent collection, and renewals.
• Promote resident satisfaction and retention through timely service.
