Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Property Manager to lead daily operations at an apartment community in Cypress, TX. You will manage staff, budgets, leasing, and resident relations to meet financial targets and regulatory requirements.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in a related field and 4–6 years of property management experience, with strong communication and multitasking abilities. A proactive leader who can drive service quality is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
• 4–6 years of property management, sales, marketing, and customer service experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day property operations and staff to meet budget goals.
• Set rent rates, collect payments, and review monthly financials.
• Approve vendor invoices and ensure insurance certificates.
• Control expenses within budget and manage petty cash.
• Oversee lease enforcement and renewal processes.
• Analyze market trends and implement marketing/ leasing strategies.
• Ensure resident satisfaction and address service requests.
• Supervise maintenance and ensure safety and appearance.
• Hire, orient, and train staff; manage performance.
