Job summary

RPM Living is seeking a Senior Community Manager to oversee operations at an apartment community. You will lead staff, drive performance, manage budgets, and ensure resident satisfaction with a strong focus on service quality.

Based on site, you will collaborate with maintenance and marketing to hit occupancy and revenue goals, while maintaining professional standards and providing clear communication with owners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of related multi-family property management experience.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Team player, professional, and effective communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.

Responsibilities

• Lead property staff, oversee onboarding, training, and annual reviews.
• Drive team performance, provide feedback, and manage disciplinary actions with HR.
• Train office staff on leasing paperwork and safety.
• Motivate staff with recognition programs and team-building activities.
• Assist in budget preparation and ensure adherence to budgets.
• Prepare month-end and year-end financial reports with variance analysis.
• Promote resident satisfaction and respond promptly to issues.
• Collaborate with maintenance to ensure timely service requests.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain high resident service standards.
• Analyze market trends and work with marketing to plan leasing strategies.
• Follow eviction procedures and represent the company when needed.
• Maintain positive owner relationships through updates and tours.
