CCMC is seeking a passionate Community Manager to lead daily operations of large-scale HOA communities in New Braunfels, Texas. You will oversee assets, vendors, and resources while ensuring governance compliance and a strong resident experience.

The role emphasizes leadership, financial accountability, risk management, and team development, with opportunities to advise the board and foster engagement. A Bachelor’s degree and HOA/CCAM-style credentials are preferred.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of onsite HOA community management experience with operational/financial background.
• Bachelor’s degree or related certification preferred; CAM license required upon hire in Florida, Nevada, and Georgia (90 days in all other states).

Responsibilities

• Drive Community Initiatives: Lead daily operations, ensuring alignment with CCMC's mission and governance documents.
• Foster Collaborative Relationships: Build connections with residents, board members, and staff through open, respectful communication.
• Ensure Financial Accountability: Manage budgets, prepare variance reports, and implement board directives with financial transparency.
• Maintain Risk Management Compliance: Develop and execute risk management programs following policies and long-term planning.
• Develop & Motivate Teams: Lead onsite team, delegate, and drive performance development.
• Guide Strategic Decisions: Advise the board on long-term planning and policy decisions.
• Engage the Community: Facilitate resident meetings and create opportunities for active participation.
