Capital Consultants Management Corporation is seeking a passionate Community Manager to oversee onsite HOA operations in Austin, Texas. You will lead daily activities, manage assets and vendors, and ensure compliance with governing documents while guiding a collaborative team.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of onsite HOA or related experience, strong financial acumen, and a commitment to integrity, respect, service, and community.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of onsite community management (HOA) or related experience (hospitality, parks and recreation, city government).
• Strong operational and financial background.
• CAM license may be required in some states after hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations to align community goals with CCMC’s mission.
• Manage assets, vendors, and resources; ensure governing documents compliance.
• Build strong relationships with residents, board members, and staff via clear communication.
• Oversee budgets, variance reports, and board directives to maintain financial transparency.
• Develop and mentor the onsite team to improve performance and delegation.
• Advise the board on long-term planning and policy decisions.
• Facilitate resident meetings and promote inclusion and participation.
