Capital Consultants Management Corporation is seeking a proactive Community Manager to lead onsite HOA operations in Kyle, Texas. You will oversee assets, vendors, and budgets, while engaging residents and coordinating with the board to meet community goals.

The role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and a commitment to integrity and service. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, with CAM or related certifications advantageous. Comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of onsite HOA community management or similar.
• Bachelor’s degree; CAM or related certifications preferred.
• Commitment to Integrity, Respect, Service, and Community.
• Strong verbal and written communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in leadership, delegation, and mentoring.
• Pass pre-employment drug screen, background, MVR, and credit checks.

Responsibilities

• Drive community initiatives: oversee daily operations and assets.
• Foster collaborative relationships with residents, board members, and staff.
• Ensure financial accountability: manage budgets and variance reports.
• Maintain risk management programs and long-term planning.
• Develop and motivate onsite teams through delegation and mentoring.
• Advise the board on strategic decisions and policy development.
• Engage residents through meetings and opportunities for involvement.
