Job summary

Qualifications

• CMCA credential or commensurate certification preferred.
• Progressive experience in association management.
• Ability to work with diverse boards and CCMC team members.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, management, association direction, and maintenance of assets.
• Serve as advisor to the board for long-term planning and policymaking.
• Create and monitor operating and reserve budgets and prepare variance reports.
• Supervise site staff and coordinate vendor resources.
• Foster community connections and resident engagement.
