Job summary

Capital Consultants Management Corporation is seeking a seasoned Community Manager to lead the daily operations for a large master-planned community near Keller, TX. You will oversee assets, vendors, and resident programs to ensure alignment with CCMC’s mission and governing documents.

We’re looking for a leader with 3+ years of onsite HOA management, strong financial acumen, and a commitment to Integrity, Respect, Service, and Community.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of onsite community management (HOA) or similar experience.
• Bachelor’s degree; CAM designation preferred; CAM license required upon hire in Florida, Nevada, and Georgia (within 90 days in all other states).

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and ensure alignment with CCMC’s mission.
• Oversee assets, vendors, and resources while ensuring governance with governing documents.
• Build strong connections with residents, board members, and staff through open communication.
• Manage budgets, prepare variance reports, and implement board directives.
• Develop and implement risk management programs and long-term planning.
• Lead and mentor the onsite team, focusing on delegation and performance development.
• Advise the board on long-term planning and policy-making.
• Facilitate resident meetings and foster inclusivity and active participation.
