CCMC in Austin, TX is seeking a seasoned Community Manager to lead daily operations and align initiatives with our mission of resident-centered service. You’ll oversee assets, vendors, and budgeting while ensuring compliance with governing documents.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in onsite HOA management, strong leadership, and excellent communication with residents and board members. CAM license is preferred in some states; travel as needed.

Competenze

• Three or more years of onsite community management (HOA) or similar experience.
• Bachelor’s degree; CAM license preferred in some states.

• Strong verbal and written communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Delegation, coaching, and mentoring to build teams.
• Ability to navigate change and maintain resident experience.
• Open to feedback and growth.
