West Shore is seeking a Senior Community Manager for a large apartment community in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. This full-time role reports to the Regional Manager and focuses on maximizing occupancy, revenue, and asset value in a high-energy, upscale setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management or leasing leadership.
• Ability to supervise diverse teams including leasing/marketing and maintenance.
• Strong budgeting and financial reporting understanding.

Responsibilities

• Maximize rental revenue by maintaining high occupancy and reducing vacancy loss.
• Lead and supervise a team of leasing/marketing and maintenance personnel.
• Oversee apartment turnover process including inspections and applications.
• Understand site leasing trends, traffic patterns and product availability.
• Maintain sales and leasing models to high standards of cleanliness and maintenance; communicate issues.
• Improve NOI through revenue maximization and expense controls while preserving the asset.
• Recommend rent and fee changes based on market changes.
• Review and analyze monthly financial statements.
• Supervise accounts payable and process site invoices.
• Administer tenant leases and maintain good tenant relations; enforce lease terms.
• Prepare annual budgets and review monthly financial reports for portfolio properties.
• Perform periodic property inspections and address emergency maintenance.
• Coordinate third-party vendors and bid processes; manage contracts.
• Complete other tasks as directed.
