West Shore in Charlotte, NC is seeking a full-time Resident Services Manager to lead a busy, upscale apartment community. You will manage daily resident services, coordinate events, and work closely with property managers to deliver a high-quality living experience.

The role emphasizes guest relations, community building, and timely resolution of issues, with opportunities for advancement, ongoing training, and a generous compensation package including salary, commission, and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience managing staff at a residential property.
• Strong customer service background.
• Ability to coordinate events and monthly activities.
• Willingness to work some evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide an open and welcoming environment for residents, prospective residents, guests, and vendors to promote retention.
• Acquire broad knowledge of the community and surrounding area.
• Prepare and maintain log of resident issues and services provided.
• Assist residents with resolution of lease violations under the direct supervision of the Property Manager.
• Prepare and deliver move-in and renewal gifts.
• Promote a strong sense of community and help connect residents to one another.
• Coordinate all resident events; minimum of one event per month.
• Manage social media and promote reputation management engagement.
• Oversee monthly newsletter distribution.
• Manage Kingsley platform and address resident concerns within 24 hours.
• Greet, tour and lease to prospects and respond to leads.
