West Shore is seeking a Community Manager for an upscale apartment community in Rock Hill, SC. This full-time role reports to the Regional Manager and offers a path for promotion within a growing company.

The Community Manager will lead leasing production, manage a team, supervise turnover, monitor market trends, and ensure high NOI while delivering excellent tenant relations and budget oversight.

Qualifikationen

• Must hold a South Carolina Property Management License.
• Proven management experience in upscale apartment communities.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to train and coach staff and vendors.

Aufgaben

• Maximize occupancy and minimize vacancy loss.
• Lead and supervise leasing/marketing and maintenance staff.
• Oversee turnover process and ensure turn-ins meet standards.
• Monitor site leasing trends and product availability.
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep standards across the property.
• Review monthly financial statements and manage accounts payable.
• Prepare annual budgets and report to owners.
• Coordinate with vendors and oversee contracts.
• Address tenant needs and enforce lease terms.
• Complete additional tasks as directed.
