TRG Management Company, LLLP is seeking a property management professional to oversee leasing and occupancy for multiple communities in West Palm Beach, FL. The role emphasizes delivering exceptional resident experiences, planning events, and driving retention and revenue through strong program management.

Ideal candidates will coordinate cross-functional teams, monitor performance metrics, and collaborate with regional colleagues to uphold our standards of service and property performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing leasing and occupancy goals.
• Ability to design and execute resident events and loyalty programs.
• Strong communication and service orientation for residents.

Responsibilities

• Ensures achievement of the community’s leasing and occupancy goals.
• Represent the TRG brand by embodying our mission, vision, and values – and infusing them into resident programs and relations.
• Plan resident events, activities, and loyalty programs that add value and drive revenue.
• Manage resident communication initiatives and share meaningful information with residents.
• Update and monitor KPIs measuring traffic, activity, leasing, satisfaction, move-ins/outs, and renewals.
• Research and establish programs for each phase of the resident lifecycle, from application to lease signing to renewal.
• Maintain a database of best practices for resident experience programs.
• Guide teams in creating resident experience programs and nurture cross-site collaboration.
• Serve as a go-to resource for residents and community teams.
