West Shore is seeking a polished Leasing Consultant for an upscale Palm Beach Gardens community. You will drive leasing production, greet prospects, tour the property and close leases with attentive service in a high-energy environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service in a fast paced setting.
• Ability to tour properties and explain features.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet, greet & tour leasing prospects
• Ensure leasing targets are achieved and communicate opportunities/threats to the Property Manager
• Ensure online rental inquiries are responded to quickly
• Understand site leasing trends, traffic patterns and product availability
• Maintain sales and leasing models to the highest standards and report issues
• Close leases by asking for the sale and collect required information
• Maintain accurate lead data within Resman and Knock
• Follow up with prospects via email, phone or letter
• Manage the waitlist and communicate changes to prospects
• Warm-call prospects as needed
• Execute screening procedures correctly
• Prepare and execute lease agreements and move-in paperwork
• Collect move-in related funds and fees
• Display model open signs and maintain appearance
• Provide support to customer service efforts at the community
• Complete additional tasks as directed.
