The role requires an active NRED CAM License and extensive leadership in community management, with compensation aligned to experience and client directives. Base pay reflects the posted range and market standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to achieve Board objectives.
• Review organization structure and functions with Board input.
• Coordinate with public, private, and volunteer organizations for community services.
• Develop annual budgets and monitor monthly financial position.
• Prepare Board meeting agendas and reports for decisions.
• Supervise staff and ensure training per staffing plan.
• Ensure compliance with governing documents and civil code.
