Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma, college degree preferred.
• Five or more years of professional experience with Common Interest Communities.
• NRED full Community Manager License.
• Management of 5+ employees for at least 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary point person for the Management Company and board as it relates to all aspects of the association.
• Work proactively to limit complaints and issues, but mediate and resolve with applicable parties when problems arise.
• Assist in long-term planning for the association by bringing forward ideas and best practices to the board.
• Oversees communication between board and owners and prepares board packets for meetings.
