Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of a 252-unit garden apartment community in Asheville, NC. You will lead the onsite team, manage budgets, leasing, and resident relations, ensuring compliance with policies and safety standards.

Responsibilities include budgeting, rent collection, vendor oversight, lease enforcement, and coordinating maintenance. The ideal candidate has 4–6 years of property management experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4-6 years minimum of relevant experience in property management, sales, marketing, and customer service.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as a leader.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day property operations and team performance.
• Develop and monitor budgets, financial statements, and rent collection.
• Enforce lease terms, conduct inspections, and manage resident relations.
• Oversee maintenance and ensure safety, cleanliness, and appeal.
• Hire, train, and supervise on-site staff; coordinate with owners and vendors.
