Job summary

Greystar is seeking a proactive Community Manager for Providence Park in Charlotte, NC. You will manage day‑to‑day operations, lead the onsite team, and drive leasing, budgets, and resident satisfaction at a 312-unit garden community.

The role requires 4–6 years in property management, strong communication, and budget oversight. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, with proficiency in Entrata/Yardi/OneSite and a valid driver’s license. Competitive benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4-6 years minimum of relevant experience that demonstrates property management, sales, marketing, and customer service background.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to work independently, as a leader, and as a team member.
• Licenses/certifications as required by state/local jurisdictions and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day property operations, team, and budget to meet financial goals.
• Manage leasing, renewals, and resident relations to promote occupancy and retention.
• Review financial statements and vendor invoices; ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Supervise staff, hire, train, and evaluate performance; ensure maintenance standards.
• Coordinate marketing and leasing strategies based on market trends and occupancy targets.
