Job summary

RealManage is seeking an onsite HOA property manager in Texas to oversee compliance, budgeting, and operations for association communities. The role requires coordinating with the Board and managing a team to ensure high-quality service and asset protection.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of HOA management experience and a valid driver’s license. CMCA certification is preferred, and an associate degree or higher is recommended.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years as an Onsite HOA property manager.
• Driving required; valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• CMCA or state-equivalent certifications desired.
• Associates degree or higher required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures defined by the Board of Directors.
• Plan, develop and approve operating budgets and monitor performance.
• Coordinate long-range and annual business plans with by-laws.
• Oversee allocation of resources and maintain assets.
• Support staff training and internal controls.
