Qualifications

• CMCA or state equivalent certifications desired.
• Minimum 2 to 3 years in property management / community management experience.
• Proven ability to lead a team and manage complex developer portfolios.
• Strong understanding of community association business and financial statements.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inquiries and maintain professional communication with residents.
• Oversee daily operations of a portfolio of community associations.
• Assist Boards with contractor selection, insurance coordination, and long-term planning.
• Prepare and present monthly management reports with actionable insights.
• Manage budgets, invoicing, cash flow, and accounts receivable.
