Job summary

RealManage, LLC is seeking an onsite HOA Property Manager in Texas to oversee operations, ensure policy compliance, and support strategic budgeting for diverse communities. You will work closely with the Board and department managers to sustain service quality and asset protection.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of HOA management experience, a valid driver’s license, and an Associate degree or higher.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years as an Onsite HOA property manager
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• CMCA or state-equivalent certifications desired
• Associates degree or higher
• Customer-service oriented; CAMs service their client on a daily basis
• Proactive: CAMs must proactively communicate with client, team members, and superiors

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and approve operational policies and procedures
• Directs the work of all department managers; develop annual budgets
• Prepare monthly financial reports for the Board of Directors
• Coordinate long-range and annual business plans aligned with by-laws
• Oversee assets and ensure protection of association resources
• Maintain ongoing dialogue with members to gather input on direction and improvements
• Coordinate with Board on strategy and implementation of plans
• Support internal controls and ensure compliance with purchasing policies
