Job summary

GCON Management Company LLC is seeking an experienced Commissioning Manager to lead end-to-end L1–L5 commissioning for multiple hyperscale data center projects. You will manage cross-disciplinary teams, coordinate with trade partners and clients, and ensure systems meet reliability and compliance standards.

The role requires deep knowledge of MEP commissioning, risk management, and gate-based workflows, with a focus on schedule integrity and rigorous testing through IST and owner turnover.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years commissioning experience on mission-critical or data center projects.
• Experience leading L3/L4 testing and IST on hyperscale facilities.
• Proven ability to manage L5 facility acceptance testing under IT load.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full L1–L5 commissioning program for multiple hyperscale data centers.
• Develop commissioning plans, level-gate workflows, and schedules.
• Define entry/exit criteria for each phase and ensure readiness.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and third-party agents.
• Manage risk and protect testing windows for L4/L5 IST.
• Present status at client meetings and gate reviews.
