TW Constructors is seeking an experienced Commissioning Manager to lead commissioning activities for hyperscale data center projects. You will work with owners, CxA, design teams, and trade partners to ensure all mission-critical systems are installed, tested, and handed over per contract and client standards.

The role requires 8+ years in mission-critical construction, expertise in electrical and mechanical data center systems, and strong leadership for fast-paced programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in mission-critical construction with data center commissioning.
• Experience on GC or EPC side of large-scale construction projects.
• Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems for data centers.
• Proven commissioning processes, testing protocols, and documentation.
• Experience with hyperscale data centers (preferred).
• Willingness to travel or relocate based on project needs.
• Certified CCP or CxA or equivalent.
• Procore and BIM 360 certifications or experience.
• Ability to climb ladders and lift at least 50 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Lead commissioning planning and execution for hyperscale data center projects from design development through turnover and closeout.
• Serve as GC’s primary point of contact for all commissioning activities.
• Coordinate with Owner, CxA, Design Team, AHJs, and trade partners to align strategies and schedules.
• Develop and manage commissioning plans, schedules, and milestones aligned with overall project schedules.
• Review and track commissioning documentation including: plans, PFCs, FPTs, IST plans, and turnover packages.
• Ensure documentation meets contract requirements and owner standards.
• Oversee commissioning activities for electrical, mechanical, life safety systems.
• Validate system readiness and track deficiencies; coordinate testing and re-testing.
• Travel is required.
