GCON Management Company LLC is seeking an experienced Commissioning Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of full L1–L5 commissioning programs for large-scale hyperscale data center projects.

This role requires leading multi-disciplinary teams across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, controls, and IT systems, coordinating with project managers, subcontractors, and owners to ensure reliability, redundancy, and owner acceptance at every commissioning level.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of commissioning experience on mission-critical or data center projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Deep knowledge of MEP and critical infrastructure commissioning processes.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead full L1–L5 commissioning for large hyperscale data center projects.
• Develop and manage commissioning plans, schedules, and level gates.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and third-party agents.
• Ensure quality, redundancy, and compliance across all levels.
• Present status and reports to owners and stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement in commissioning workflows.
