Job summary

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in MEP coordination, equipment startup, controls programming, and TAB, with 5+ years in commissioning; travel up to 40% to job sites; strong communication and scheduling

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commissioning or related building construction experience; mechanical, plumbing, automatic temperature control systems, and/or TAB.
• Experience with building construction, especially mechanical, plumbing, automatic temperature control systems, and/or TAB.
• Commissioning Certification from ACG, BCxA, ASHRAE.

Responsibilities

• Lead the commissioning team across multiple projects.
• Interact with owners, contractors, engineers, and architects to align scope and timelines.
• Develop commissioning plans and final reports.
• Drive corrective actions for performance gaps and ensure safety standards.
• Mentor team members on complex commissioning tasks.
