Job summary

ENFRA LLC is seeking a Commissioning Provider III to lead multiple construction projects, driving the commissioning process from planning through final turnover. You will mentor teams, coordinate with owners, engineers, and contractors, and ensure safety and performance standards are met.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in commissioning or building construction, holds an ACG/BCxA/ASHRAE certification, and is proficient with CxAlloy and Bluebeam, MS Office.

Qualifications

• 8+ years commissioning or related building construction experience (mechanical, plumbing, ATC systems, or TAB).
• Commissioning Certification from ACG, BCxA, ASHRAE.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Cloud Based Commissioning software Platforms (CxAlloy).
• Proficient with Bluebeam software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong scope management and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Identify information needs and perform research as required.
• Demonstrate strong project management and scheduling skills.
• Generate/review checklists and functional performance tests.
• Perform Functional performance testing and site walks.
• Lead corrective actions for scope or performance gaps.
• Coordinate commissioning tasks with field teams and owners.
• Interact with owners and clients to manage expectations.
• Meet with clients, architects, engineers to establish plans, budgets, schedules.
• Lead coordination meetings and communicate changes to the project team.
• Coordinate commissioning activities with multiple parties and resources.
• Review project documentation and provide owner/teams with comments.
• Participate in owner training and develop commissioning plans/reports.
• Manage multiple commissioning projects, timelines, and budgets.
• Ensure client deliverables meet ENFRA quality standards.
• Mentor team members on complex tasks; foster accountability and continuous improvement.
