Job summary

ENFRA is seeking a Commissioning Provider I to lead the commissioning of multiple construction projects, coordinating with owners, engineers, and architects to ensure efficient execution and top-quality results. The role emphasizes hands-on MEP coordination, equipment startup, controls programming, and TAB for peak performance and safety.

You will drive commissioning plans, manage schedules and budgets, and mentor team members while interacting with clients to meet project goals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in commissioning or related building construction.
• Experience with mechanical, plumbing, automatic temperature control systems, and/or TAB.
• Commissioning Certification from ACG, BCxA, ASHRAE, or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and cloud-based commissioning software (CxAlloy).
• Effective verbal and written communication skills; detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lead and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team on complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead commissioning across multiple projects and coordinate with owner representatives, contractors, and engineers.
• Develop and execute commissioning plan and final commissioning report; drive process improvements.
• Perform functional performance testing and witness equipment startups.
• Manage schedules and budgets; communicate with clients, architects and design personnel.
• Mentor team members and coordinate field activities with the commissioning team.
• Attend and/or lead construction and commissioning coordination meetings; document progress and issues.
• Travel to job sites as required (25-40%).
