Job summary

ENFRA is seeking a Commissioning Provider II to lead multiple commissioning projects, driving the team to ensure efficient execution of commissioning scope. The ideal candidate combines hands-on MEP coordination, equipment startup, controls programming, and TAB expertise to validate peak performance and safety.

You will interact with owners, engineers, architects, and contractors to plan, budget, and schedule projects while mentoring the team and driving best practices across commissioning

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commissioning or related building construction experience.
• Experience with mechanical, plumbing, automatic temperature control systems, and/or TAB.
• Commissioning Certification from ACG, BCxA, ASHRAE.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proficient with CloudBased Commissioning software Platforms (CxAlloy).
• Proficient with Bluebeam software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong scope management and scheduling skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to tackle various projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to interact with owners, owner's representatives, contractors, engineers, and architects.
• 25-40% travel to job sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead commissioning projects and teams to meet scope on time.
• Develop and execute commissioning plans and reports.
• Coordinate with owners, engineers, and contractors.
• Perform functional performance tests and site observations.
• Drive corrective actions for performance gaps.
• Attend coordination meetings and manage schedules.
• Mentor team members on complex tasks.
• Ensure ENFRA quality standards on delivery.
