Job summary

ENFRA is seeking a Commissioning Provider II to lead the commissioning team on multiple projects, coordinating with owners, engineers, and contractors to ensure safe, reliable performance. The role emphasizes hands-on MEP coordination, startup, controls programming, and TAB to achieve peak system performance.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of commissioning experience, certifications (ACG/BCxA/ASHRAE), strong project management and communication skills, and a willingness to travel 25–40%

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commissioning or related building construction experience.
• Experience with building construction, especially mechanical, plumbing, automatic temperature control systems, and/or TAB.
• Commissioning Certification from ACG, BCxA, ASHRAE.

Responsibilities

• Lead the commissioning team and drive the commissioning process across multiple projects.
• Interact with owners, owners' representatives, contractors, engineers, and architects to align scope, budgets, and schedules.
• Develop commissioning plans, reports, and observational logs; drive corrective actions as needed.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure client requirements are documented and met.
• Mentor team members on complex commissioning tasks and foster continuous improvement.
