Job summary

ENFRA is seeking a Commissioning Provider III to lead commissioning across multiple projects, driving planning, testing, and documentation to ensure peak system performance and safety. You will interact with owners, engineers, and architects, guiding the commissioning team with a focus on quality and timely delivery.

The role requires extensive hands-on experience in MEP coordination, equipment startup, controls programming, and TAB, with a strong emphasis on communication and collaboration.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of commissioning or related building construction experience.
• Commissioning Certification from ACG, BCxA, ASHRAE or equivalent.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite and cloud-based commissioning software (CxAlloy).
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong scope management and scheduling skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead commissioning teams across one or more projects and coordinate with owners, contractors, engineers, and architects.
• Develop the commissioning plan and final commissioning report; drive commissioning processes.
• Perform functional performance testing and site observations; generate observation reports and issues log.
• Schedule and coordinate commissioning activities with multiple parties; mentor team members.
• Ensure client deliverables meet ENFRA's quality standards and manage project resources and budgets.
• Travel 25-40% to job sites/offices.
