Job summary

ENFRA is seeking a Commissioning Provider I to lead commissioning projects, coordinate with owners, engineers, and contractors, and drive the commissioning process to peak performance and safety standards. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of commissioning or related construction experience, expertise in MEP coordination, equipment startup, controls programming, and test & balance (TAB).

Travel 25-40% to job sites as required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commissioning or related construction experience.
• Experience with MEP coordination and TAB.
• Proficient with MS Office and cloud-based commissioning tools.
• Willingness to travel 25-40%.

Responsibilities

• Lead commissioning projects and team to ensure efficient execution.
• Interact with owners, contractors, engineers, and architects.
• Develop commissioning plans and final reports.
• Perform functional performance testing and site walks.
• Coordinate with clients and project teams to manage budget and schedule.
• Mentor team members on complex tasks.
