Job summary

ENFRA LLC is seeking a Commissioning Provider I to lead multiple commissioning projects from planning through completion. The role focuses on driving the commissioning process, addressing field issues, and ensuring systems meet peak performance and safety standards.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in MEP coordination, equipment startup, controls programming, and TAB, with strong communication and team collaboration skills. Travel will be 25–40% to job sites and offices.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commissioning or related building construction experience.
• Experience with mechanical, plumbing, automatic temperature control systems, and/or TAB.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Proficient with Cloud Based Commissioning software Platforms (CxAlloy)
• Familiarity with Bluebeam software
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Strong scope management and scheduling skills
• Detail-oriented and able to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work as part of a team and build collaborative relationships.
• Able to interact with owner, owner’s representatives, contractors, engineers, and architects in a professional manner
• Versed in the industry and company's competitors
• Working knowledge of Commercial Mechanical and Electrical equipment and design.

Responsibilities

• Identify and research required information and perform field observations.
• Exhibit strong project management and scheduling capabilities.
• Create and review checklists and functional performance tests.
• Perform functional performance testing.
• Conduct site walks and observe equipment startup; generate reports and logs.
• Drive corrective actions for scope or performance gaps.
• Participate in field commissioning tasks with the team.
• Interact with owners and clients to manage expectations.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers and design personnel on plans, budgets and schedules.
• Lead meetings and coordinate commissioning activities across parties.
• Communicate changes or issues between client and project team.
• Review project documentation and provide owner comments.
