Job summary

ENFRA Solutions is seeking a Commissioning Provider II to lead field commissioning across multiple projects, driving testing, balance, and performance validation. You will coordinate with owners, engineers, and contractors to ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in commissioning/building systems, relevant certifications, and strong communication skills. Travel 25-40% expected; otherwise, candidates work in a collaborative ENFRA environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commissioning or related building construction experience; mechanical, plumbing, automatic temperature control systems, and/or TAB.
• Certification from ACG, BCxA, ASHRAE is preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and cloud-based commissioning tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong scope management and scheduling abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to the commissioning team across multiple projects and ensure efficient execution.
• Drive the commissioning process, resolve technical field issues, and validate system performance and safety.
• Lead and participate in owner/client meetings to manage expectations and project plans.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and contractors to develop and maintain schedules and budgets.
• Develop the commissioning plan and final report; mentor team members on complex tasks.
• Manage multiple projects, client interface, and resource tracking against timelines and budgets.
