Job summary

BAC Enterprises in the United States is seeking a Commissary Project Manager to lead night operations across shelf stocking, RSHA and custodial services. You will supervise staff, ensure adherence to the PWS, and coordinate day and night activities to meet contract requirements safely and on schedule.

The role requires strong leadership, planning, and communication skills, with a focus on safety and quality. This is a full-time on-site position supporting the commissary operations.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; experience may substitute.
• Five years in commissary, grocery, custodial, or related field.
• At least three years of supervisory experience.
• Must pass background screen and drug test; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead night operations across shelf stocking, RSHA and custodial functions.
• Review inbound case volume, RSHA data and staffing; set nightly priorities.
• Coordinate day and night operations to meet RSHA activity and stocking needs.
• Maintain contract documentation, productivity records and quality checks.
