Job summary

ENMRSH, Inc. is seeking a Night Operations Supervisor for the Cannon AFB Commissary. You will oversee night stocking, RSHA, and custodial tasks, and serve as PM Representative when the Project Manager is absent. You’ll make operational decisions during night hours to ensure smooth, compliant operations.

The role requires leadership, strong organizational and communication skills, and a commitment to safety and customer service in a high-tempo environment on the base.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or higher
• 21 years or older
• Prior supervisory or lead experience in a commissary, warehouse, or custodial environment preferred
• Knowledge of DeCA commissary operations and PWS compliance standards preferred
• OSHA-compliant forklift/MHE certification required or must be obtained upon hire
• Physical ability to perform stocking, custodial, and RSHA tasks as needed
• Must maintain current job coaching certification and all ENMRSH-required training including HIPAA, Standard Precautions, and ANE Awareness
• Strong supervisory, organizational, and communication skills
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently
• Possess a REAL ID compliant valid driver's license
• Pass an initial federal background check and subsequent annual recheck to maintain all employment at CAFB
• Ability to pass drug screening
• Possess a working telephone
• Reliable transportation with a good driving record
• Demonstrate excellent customer service

Under the direct supervision of the Project Manager. • Must be able to stand, work, and kneel for 6-8 hour shifts
• Must be physically capable of working in different work environments
• Must be able to balance, climb, bend, stoop, and kneel
