EURPAC Service, Inc. seeks a part-time Base Manager to support operations at designated Commissary locations. You will maintain stock, expand item distribution, and coordinate with AM/AS to meet speed-to-shelf goals.

This role requires strong organization, reliability, and effective communication with store staff. The Base Manager will manage shelf presentation, vendor credits, and weekly DSD/DSDS orders while staying compliant with military base access requirements.

Qualifications

• Commissary operations experience preferred.
• Ability to stock shelves and manage displays.
• Strong communication with store personnel and AM/AS.

Responsibilities

• Maintain product distribution and expand new item availability.
• Collaborate with CAO to manage shelf max for SKUs.
• Stock shelves during outages and backstock when needed.
• Build displays, coordinate demos, and ensure shelf integrity.
• Report issues via company systems and meet weekly orders targets.
