Job summary

PRIDE Industries seeks an Assistant Commissary Manager to lead warehouse operations, inventory stocking, and custodial services under a federal contract. You will oversee budgeting, purchasing, accounts payable, and staff performance while ensuring safety compliance.

Under direct supervision, you will manage a team, coordinate schedules, and maintain quality control and reporting to contract personnel and customers.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Experience in distribution management and supervisory roles.
• Knowledge of OSHA/Cal OSHA regulations is desirable.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes and manages contractually provided warehouse management, custodial services, and inventory stocking.
• Manages budgeting and provides management reporting.
• Supervises employees and develops staff performance.
• Coordinates daily work schedules and ensures service levels.
• Maintains policies and procedures and ensures compliance with contract terms.
