Job summary

BAC Enterprises is seeking a Commissary Project Manager to oversee day-to-day execution of the commissary contract at Patrick SFB, including shelf stocking, RSHA, and custodial services. You will lead the APM, supervisors, and staff, ensuring work aligns with the PWS and safety standards.

This role requires strong leadership, ability to manage night shifts, and coordination with QAEs and BAC leadership. A associate degree and at least five years of related supervisory experience are required,

Qualifications

• Associate degree required. An equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience may be considered.
• Five (5) years of commissary, grocery, custodial, or comparable experience, including at least three (3) years of supervisory experience.
• Ability to successfully complete required background screening and obtain and maintain access to the military installation and commissary work areas.
• Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening.
• Must have reliable transportation and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on operational needs.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license with a driving record that meets BAC standards if driving responsibilities are assigned.
