Job summary

Challenge Unlimited Inc in Charleston is seeking a Supervisor Commissary to oversee shelf stocking, sanitation, safety, and daily site operations at the JBC Commissary on the Charleston Naval Base.

You will supervise workers and clients, provide training and feedback, manage timekeeping and performance assessments, and ensure quality, OSHA compliance, and customer satisfaction while upholding company culture.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience: 1 year retail/grocery env. and 1 year in supervisory/training role.
• Communication: Solid oral and written communication skills.
• Computer: Basic Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Background: Pass criminal background and registry checks; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Supervise site workers and clients, ensuring contract adherence and safety.
• Manage training, feedback, and performance assessments; promote quality.
• Handle scheduling, timekeeping, and discipline as needed.
• Maintain company culture and ensure customer satisfaction at the site.
• Support project manager and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
