Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Commercialization Architect, Associate Director, to lead the commercialization factory for EY's services across Top End Audit, Transformations and Managed Services. The role focuses on monetization models, pricing strategies and client value capture, leveraging PLG, SLG and value-based pricing to drive profitable growth.

The candidate will define price lists, governance, and incentives, while building trust-based relationships with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in professional services pricing, strategy consulting, corporate development and/or SaaS/product commercialization.
• Expert proficiency in financial modelling, monetization, pricing, budgeting and associated metrics.
• Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative price setting and optimization techniques (conjoint analysis, price elasticity, Van Westendorp, etc.)
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership of the commercialization factory across product, monetization, pricing and commercial models for multiple EY service lines.
• Define value metrics, usage metrics and pricing metrics to enable clear monetization decisions.
• Decompose services into modular components and map inputs, activities, outputs and outcomes for monetization maturity.
• Define and refine price lists with terms, discounts and conditions to increase price realization and win rate.
