EY seeks a Senior Commercialization Architect, Associate Director, to lead the commercialization framework across audits, transformations and managed services. The role shapes monetization, pricing models and value-based selling in a global, client-driven market.

You will build modular service components, map value chains, and drive price realization while collaborating with senior stakeholders to accelerate EY's profitable growth ambitions.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in pricing/commercials, strategy or SaaS/product commercialization.
• Expert proficiency in financial modelling and pricing.
• Knowledge of price setting techniques (A/B testing, conjoint analysis, elasticity).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the commercialization factory across multiple business models.
• Define monetization models, pricing metrics and discount structures.
• Align value, usage and pricing metrics with client value.
• Collaborate across a matrix organization to deliver high-quality work.
• Develop and refine price lists to increase realization and margins.
