Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Commercialization Architect in the United States to lead monetization strategy for pricing, packaging, and profitability of new and reimagined offerings across EY's services including Audit, Advise, Transform, and Operate.

You will build frameworks, models, and governance to shift Go-To-Market monetization toward client value-driven outcomes, leveraging PLG, SLG, and value-based pricing to accelerate profitable growth.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in professional services pricing/commercials or SaaS monetization
• Expert proficiency in financial modelling and pricing metrics
• Knowledge of price optimization techniques (A/B testing, conjoint analysis, price laddering)
• Bachelors degree or equivalent required

Responsibilities

• Lead product and service commercialization across multiple EY business models
• Clarify ambiguous data to identify monetization opportunities quickly
• Define value, usage, and pricing metrics aligned with client needs
• Decompose services into modular components for monetization maturity
• Define and refine price lists including terms and discounts
• Build trust-based relationships to improve win rates and margins
