Job summary

Qualifications

• Fluent in cost, competitor, client willingness-to-pay pricing strategies and EY’s market pricing games.
• Proven ability to design, model and structure monetization across audit, transform and managed services.
• Knowledge of behavioral economics and pricing psychology concepts.
• Ability to simplify complex problems and influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience collaborating within a matrix organization to deliver high-quality work.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership of the product and service commercialization across Top End Audit, Transformations, Managed Services and other models.
• Create clarity from ambiguity and monetize client value to accelerate profitable growth.
• Identify value, usage and pricing metrics that meet definable and measurable criteria.
• Facilitate service decomposition into configurable components for monetization maturation.
• Define and refine price lists with terms, discounts and incentives to increase realization.
• Build trust-based relationships to improve win rates and revenue.
