Responsibilities

Prepare timely credit analysis and recommendations describing the transaction and risk factors.
Analyze historical property operations to forecast future performance.
Evaluate borrower cash flow and debt coverage for C&I and CRE deals.
Analyze third-party reports and appraisals and obtain missing documentation.
Assist with loan presentations for Executive and Board Committees.
Conduct annual reviews of loan relationships and mentor junior underwriters.
