Spread financial statements per the organization’s guidelines.
Analyze borrower balance sheets, income, and cash flow with key ratios.
Evaluate real estate properties (hotels, retail centers, office buildings, industrial warehouses).
Prepare loan packages for supervisor/committee review.
Assist underwriters with risk questions and scorecard calculations.
Maintain department service levels and turn‑time standards.
Attend borrower sites and review collateral as needed.
Comply with bank policies and procedures.
